I ran into a problem around the start of the year where none of the update e-mails from creators whose visual novels I play reach me anymore. For me to even notice that there are updates, I now had to manually go to my itch.io feed every day to check, only to discover that I've missed an update or two from creators as a result. I, at first, thought this was something wrong with my settings, despite the fact I haven't changed any of them, so I made the secondary account, choosing to watch all the creators I was watching on the first one. When I checked the settings area between both my regular account and the new one, however, both are exactly the same.

I have noticed though that this secondary account IS getting all the old notification emails. They are all coming through the same way they used to on my primary account. I don't understand why this is the case and would like assistance looking into the matter. I've even tried e-mailing support but got no response. I sent the e-mail to them MONTHS AGO, bot never got ANY reply

Any assistance I can get on this matter would be greatly appreciated, because I find it frustrating that I had to create a second account just to properly get my notification e-mails.
