I have sent an email to itch.io so that I could change my tax information, and upgrade it from individual to business, It's now 5 days I am waiting for a reply so that they can give me access so I can update my tax information on itch.io dashboard settings.

I also have an issue with one of my payments that have not gone through for a few months ago, and been sending emails to the support team more than 5 times, Can someone please check and see if they do get our email and if not, is there any other way to ask questions from the support team.
