In a racing game, you have one blue and one orange car, each in a different lane.  Blue and orange cars will continue to circulate at Waypoints in their respective lanes.

If the cars are in the same lane, you must switch the orange car to a different lane  to avoid hitting the blue car. The orange car changes lanes randomly between 3 and 5 seconds.
