I bought this bundle because it said it was optimized for RPGMaker. However, neither of the packs work for RPGMaker even when imported into the proper slots...

This is a 48x48px tileset as described.

The RPGMaker VX Ace is an older version with a 32x32px tileset. 

You can contact support for a refund.

This should usually work without problems.
