I have been working a while and have been creating  a pro version of my spritesheet converter.

This tool allows you to convert between different formats (png, bmp, animated gif, animated png...), crop and rearrange sprite sheets, create sprite sheets and more!

supported import formats:    PNG (animated or static), APNG (animated),  GIF (animated or static),  BMP,  JPG,  JPEG, WEBP (animated or static),  TGA,  TIFF,  WMF, ICO
supported export formats:   PNG, BMP, JPEG, WEBP, TIFF, TGA, ICO,  GIF (animated), APNG  (animated), animated WEBP
