From the sounds of it you have not played the game and have only recently downloaded the game. The most common problem is that people do not extract the entire game from the zip archive before trying to launch it.

Late Edit: For other users that have problems running the game, please extract the game into a new folder as the archive does not provide one and will put files and folders into the current folder.

Since you have 32-bit Windows I will assume that you have a slightly older computer as that may be relevant. There are 2 issues that can come from older computers. Your computer's hardware or graphics drivers may not support OpenGL ES 2.0. In this case, besides changing the version of your drivers, there is nothing that can be done besides getting a new computer. Alternatively your computer may have an older archiving software that is not compatible with the modern format of archives and is extracting corrupt files. The fix for this is simply to download a new version of WinRar or some other archive software.

There is a debug mod (https://itch.io/t/1137280/debugmod-v10d#post-2370019) which enables debug information, which may yield better insights into the cause of your problem. The additional information at the end of that post may help if it still crashes.
