"Trouble at Home" game missing from Search (not indexed)

To start, I have reviewed the article about getting indexed and could not find a reason why my game is missing. The first version of the game was originally posted in July (browser only) and had one major update in September (browser and download). I tried emailing support, but after 3 days I have not gotten a response as of yet.

The game does include some NSFW elements, but I have that content enabled on my account and it's still not visible in searches. Is there a way, or someone who can help, with getting the game indexed? Thank you!

Trouble at Home is indexed. The problem is likely a very generic title, and additional words included in the same field. Free-form search is optimized for exact title matches, so that would throw it off. Hope this helps.

I guess I don't understand why a search for exactly "Trouble at Home" doesn't bring it up, while you get several "home sweet home" that come up among other things. What would cause a search of the exact title to not appear in the results? (edit: spelling)

Actually, I did have the Episode version in the game title. When I removed that it now appeared in the search results. Weird it was causing the issue, but your reply did assist in me testing some things. Thanks for your help!
