Suddenly cannot connect to Handy today, keep showing Invalid connection key.

Suddenly cannot connect to Handy today, it just keeps showing Invalid connection key. I have tried,

- Reset connection key

- Reset Wi-Fi & use different Wi-Fi

- Restart computer, Oculus Quest 2

- Reinstall Heresphere

- Beta and normal version Heresphere

- Turn off Firewall

- Handy is definitely switched to Wi-Fi mode and it can be connected to DeoVR

I DDUed the nvidia driver yesterday and installed the latest nvidia driver, not sure if it is the problem. I don't see how it affects only the handy connection.

Is it just me or is it a Heresphere server problem?

I'm also getting the same issue. I think it's due to the Handy servers. This was posted on the Handy tech support discord channel this morning:

"We are experiencing some load issues. We have pushed some fixes that should have solved the most critical errors that some of you have experienced. The API is still a little slow and has high latency in some cases. We are working on solving that now. The good thing is that we are experiencing these issues for the first time since there are so many Handys connected and using our services. Thank you for your patience and feedback"

Maybe try again later today when they resolve the issues.

Thanks for the information. 1st time I heard that there is a handy discord channel! I will join and check the latest status of the problem. Thank you!!

Hi Dev, the Handy server is still having issue. This server issue makes me want to ask; is there a way I can play funscript offline using Heresphere? I just realised that all my funscripts are completely useless when Handy end server having issue.

Not yet. I plan on adding support for bluetooth in the future, but the Handy plays best when the scripts are uploaded with wifi to the Handy API servers. It doesn't seem like the Handy devs want to support a local API server, which would be the most reliable option in my opinion. Maybe they'll change their mind in the future. The Handy servers seem to be performing much better today compared to the last couple days, though.
