Is it possible to move around in the script editor and map editor without using the scroll bars?

In the Script Editor, you can move around by clicking and dragging the middle mouse button. To move the camera in the Map Editor, hold Shift then click and drag with the middle mouse button, or hold Shift and use the arrows key. Hopefully that helps!
