Open source

Based on the state the game is in, my unironic recommendation is that you open source it so someone might fix it.

You can do so under a license that states that the art assets are not free and the game needs to be bought to be played.

It's made with Unity, so I doubt it would be that easy.

Open sourcing unity games is quite easy.  The code won't include the unity source code (unity developers typically don't even have that), just the code that calls into the framework.

Oh, then maybe it would make sense. But let's look at this game after a few more months first.
