I published a game about two weeks ago (https://ckstudiosltd.itch.io/memory-stroll) however since then it has not been made available on the search index and I haven't received any hits at all on it, which is a little weird in my opinion.

From my understanding, everything was done correctly. We have our banner, we have a price set, our visibility is set to public, our files uploaded, and I think that's all?

Our company name (ckstudiosltd, CK Studios Limited, CK Studios Ltd) does not appear to be wanting to show on search either when searching by publisher. So we're currently clueless on what we're missing out on.

We submitted a ticket about a week ago, with no replies to it - only to send a follow up email from us with again, no response.

Any help is greatly appreciated here.

The project does say published, but the index says otherwise.
