I published my first paid game here on itch on Thursday, July 28. Other than having a complete game page, I am very much aware of the process in which newly paid games must be manually reviewed before getting indexed on the website, and I understand that it will take a couple of days to do so.

As a first-time seller, my other question is, Can I purchase a paid game even if it's under review or not yet indexed on the website? I tried to purchase the said game (my own game) from another computer using 2 different mastercards, but both of my cards were declined, I tried paying using the same bank through my PayPal account, but I still got some errors and the purchase didn't push tru. Can you confirm that you can't buy a paid game if it's still under review or not yet indexed? Is this a thing? or there's something wrong with my cards that preventing me from purchasing the said game. Can you also give some updates about my game and when it will be available on the website?

I already emailed support on the 29th, but I haven't gotten any response from them.

Game indexing shouldn't impact anything else about it. If you have trouble making a purchase, please contact support.

Thanks for replying! I already emailed support last Friday regarding this issue, and I am still waiting for a response. By the way, I already used one of my cards to purchase music assets here on itch a couple of weeks ago, the purchase went tru and I didn't encounter any errors. However, now I can't purchase my own using the same card.

As you previously stated, game indexing has no effect on purchasing a game. I don't know if it's a bug or what, but after I got my game indexed on the website, I tried purchasing the game again with the same card, and now the purchase pushes through. I have successfully completed the transaction. I think both of my concerns were addressed and solved now. Thank you for helping!
