Sanevol Incident 44 is a realistic urban exploration VHS  Found Footage horror title.

A urban explorer enters the Sanevol tuberculosis sanitarium to film and document the area, the facility was used in the past to house tuberculosis patients back in 1944, remnants of trauma and death still linger in the air, as many torturous events & incidents at the building went unseen. ( 6 possible endings )

Part of my Urbex "Incident" Tape series, this being the second installment. Each tape features unique places and different "incidents". Each can be played individually and are not connected.
