Even though the skill is called "Find Weakness" the actual effect as explained in it's description is to increase elemental damage against that opponent by 10%. 

The strength and weaknesses of elements are explained in the tutorial images in the military academy of the start of the game. For most monsters, the element should be obvious, but I'm also considering to make something like a beastiary with more information to the different monsters at some point.
