Hi there ! So, I have a problem with the download of the game. It just won't download, and I don't know what to do. I just get a message that tells me that the download failed. I tried on different web browser and it still don't seem to work. What should I do ?

Developer

Heya!

  • Does the message give any additional info at all or is it simply "download failed"?
  • Are you able to download other, completely unrelated files? Is the problem only with Aloners (Redux)?

Ok so, forgive me if I'm wrong, I'm french so maybe I won't translate correctly, but the exact message I get is "Failure - Forbidden" or "Failure -
Network error". And I think I'm able ? I mean, it's been a while that I didn't download anything, but yeah, I think it's only with Aloners Redux !

Looking into it, I am pretty sure this isn't an issue with the files themselves (I can see through my Analytics that other purchasers are able to download them) so I think this might be an issue on your end. My best advice would be to troubleshoot using the advice here. I would also suggest trying to download another file of similar size, just to make sure it really is only this game that is a problem. Let me know if you have any luck!

Ok so, I don't want to whine about anything, but... I tried everything and it still don't work. I'm lost right now, I don't know what I could possibly do...
