- Does the message give any additional info at all or is it simply "download failed"?
- Are you able to download other, completely unrelated files? Is the problem only with Aloners (Redux)?
Looking into it, I am pretty sure this isn't an issue with the files themselves (I can see through my Analytics that other purchasers are able to download them) so I think this might be an issue on your end. My best advice would be to troubleshoot using the advice here. I would also suggest trying to download another file of similar size, just to make sure it really is only this game that is a problem.
