I am playing version .08 and I can get the doctor to email me but when I return to the office No one shows up. 
Mia also emails me a message she wants to make another movie but never comes back. It suggest I buy clothes for her and the only thing listed is in erotica and is a tee shirt and bikini set. I bought that but no change.

Once the doctors both email you in 0.08 you should be able to go to their office to trigger the new movie scene. Note that you need to be playing a 0.08 version of the game WHEN you open the emails from the doctors, since the trigger is from a new conversation line in Susan's email. If that still fails, let me know.. it sounds like a bug, and one I should be fixing :)

I'm currently working on Mia's second movie, that's planned for v0.09; I'll probably do another bug-fix pass for 0.08 before I finish up 0.09, and the awaited Mia2 scene.

I think I found your issue, resolved in 0.08a. You'll need to make sure you're using a savegame from BEFORE you get the email from Derek to trigger it. As a nice bonus I also managed to finish Mia's second movie, so I hope you enjoy that!

Ok, tried newest version I think 1.0. I tried to buy the spy camera. It is posted 100$ but when I try to buy it cost 999$ and says test for large cost items. and then I can't click yes or no. It wont let me click off of it either. I did not test 2nd mia event.

OK I am running latest version. When you watch the susan screen right before it end you get a Yellow circle with a plus sign on it. It only shows for a min then is gone. looks like an end of file marker. 

Like the new look of the icons on the desktop. But when you buy things a see through box appears over the word resume. I thought I was stuck in the shopping till I figured it out. 

When mia first showed up she showed ID she was 21. But after second seen he comments she is still 19.

I have tried 2 cups of coffee and a workout session and str is still 0.

Also after the firstwork with Pam? I get the option to workout with her but if I pick one of them the list goes away and it gives me no dialog like I did workout.

Thanks for the bug-reports; I'll have a look at it.

Mia's original first movie had a dark and a light side ending for them; the dark side was trimmed as the game went along (I didn't like how it felt, to be honest, and it would break all dialog afterwards). That's why the games makes a big deal of the ID in the beginning, since the dark path would involve finding her 'real' ID in the shoulder-bag (she'd leave it in the office once the photoshoot started) then use the fake ID to blackmail her into sex.

I like the ending better now :)
