It should be free! It will prompt you for a donation (which I'll probably disable soon anyway because it just seems intrusive :P) but you can just press "No thanks, just take me the downloads." and it will skip it.
The current version is up to date with what's released (0.1.5) and the next update will be coming in a week or so :)
