What can i do if my game private files are leaked when i submitted it in game jam event?

What private files? Talk to the jam organizers, they can let you change your submission if that's the issue.

Organizers asked to share source code of the game and the people who joined the jam downloaded the code, i kept my itch page private but people downloaded it from submission page.

They said they need it for judgement and i even asked them will the files be safe they agreed for it but then this happened.

When i got to know that people are downloading my code then i removed my game from submission to stop further downloads and i told organizers about it they replied if i remove i cant rejoin and when i told them that i asked for my files to be private they misbehaved and replied me that why am i telling them all this.... i have all proofs of every chat and everything

Please contact support and explain the situation, but I'm not sure what you can do short of legal action, and that's a big can of worms.

Can you please help me in fixing the issue and take legal actions, i m just a student and i am not aware of things much. But i have proper proofs and can even record the video or even share screen to show all chats.
That i asked to keep files safe. They asked to upload source code. People downloaded source code and then they not even replying to my issue and misbehaving too.

No, I can't. See what support says. I think the jam organizers should have been able to let you resubmit after removing the source code, but I'm not sure. What jam is this, anyway?

Its MayDay1.0
