Why is my game not published?

Iv'e made my game,. saved it and published it about 10 minutes ago. Why can't anyone but me play it?

I need help here. Is there some sort of delay?

If you had posted this in the right category, you'd have seen the rules asking you to read the Search & Browse FAQ. Or for that matter the person asking the exact same question right before you.
