I took the Diplomacy quest but it not showing in the quest log, so I don't know what to do. I'm not sure where the other Larklast quest is.
You can either finish the main Larklast quest (this will automatically trigger the Diplomacy quest) or just sleep in the Larklast inn if you've already done the quest
