A way to make spammeres work harder

There is a serious issue of a spammer in the erotic tag of games.I know it's hard to deal with the issue as he just make a new acount and spam again each time he banned. Regardless of this it's very annoying I need to report/ban and delete the comment of the individual 6 times a day. I would like to recomand adding some kind of restriction how fresh acounts can comments. Possible a time period while a new acount can't comment or Some nececery step that you need to do before your new comment that is not big trouble to someone who make 1 acount and not 10 daily, but enough bothersome to deal with 10 times a day.

We’re aware of this specific spammer, we’re pushing out a few changes to block them upfront instead of waiting for our team to review their posts in our spam queue. Sorry for any inconvenience they’re causing.
