itch crashes and I don't know why

the itch.io client crashes when I try and run it on Fedora Linux. I cannot find what is going wrong. It simply crashes after execution.

I ran itch-setup and itch from the shell, but I couldn't see anything obviously going wrong, so if you have an idea of what you want me to do  let me know and I'll debug it.

Also I have no clue how to build the itch.io client from github. I have no idea on what to run first. There are Go files and TypeScript files. There is no building information. Otherwise I would do that next and see if that works.

We’re aware of the issue and will try to get out a new version soon. We have a few other changes to do before we can do that.

In the meantime, there are some workarounds listed here: https://github.com/itchio/itch/issues/2771

At the moment any rolling-release distributions that have been recently updated may not be compatible with the version of Electron that is distributed with the app.

Thank you for your quick reply. I hope to see the fix pushed soon. :)
