So, I have paid for the bundle but while paying I got an error. So, I checked my app and it says that it went through, so I have paid for it. But I didn't receive anything should I wait? What should I do? Any help would be great!
Exact same problem. Currently slogging through with support over email. Not optimistic, as last time there was a similar problem 2 weeks went by with no help. I simply had to contact the Game-Creator directly.
And even though I paid both last time and now, none of those transactions/downloads is included in the collection email of "My Downloads".
