Four days ago i wrote a request for help to the support but no one answered me.

I am having trouble getting the steam key for hero hour. When I click <get steam key>  I am asked to verify my email, even though it is already verified, it says that an activation link has been sent to my email (but one letter is missing: wystian@mail.com).In my account settings there is good email (wystian@gmail.com)

I also tried the option to recover my purchases via email but it doesn't work (email does not come)

Because you entered your email address incorrectly during checkout or account registration, support will have to update the email associated with the payments before you can claim the Steam key. They should respond soon.
