Is there any specific requirements for getting additional upload space?

I sent a mail to support about 5 days a go and haven't heard back, so I was wondering if I needed to do any additional steps on my side. Our games is under 2 gigs (it's a UE4 VR game) , but we need to get more space in order to upload it this week and get it ready for next week's launch.
