If I released a game today, when should it show up in search results?
I imagine this question is asked a lot, but I wished to know.
the game is set to Public, it has the needed files in there, and it has Released.

Games are usually indexed in the store in a day, but there are some factors that might make this process a bit longer:
I think that your game should be indexed towards the end of the week.
