It's okay to have the game page in Chinese! Google Translate works well, and not all games have to be in English. But you should probably set the language on the Metadata tab, so it can be found more easily.

And sure! Itch.io is hosted in the US, where people are free to talk about socialism and communism. If others misunderstand, it's their problem.
