I can't seem to find any way to change the resolution, but currently all the menus are slightly out of the screen so I can't click some things

can I change the resolution or is it hard coded?

Can't you simply resize the window?

Windows 10 is my OS

So it looks correct? Some windows you just have to scroll (drag with the mouse) to get to the top or bottom content.
