It's a complicated question. What kind of panorama? If you can save it as a static 2D image then you can trace it, for example with the potrace utility from Inkscape. But it won't look like the original, that's hard.
Hello, I don't mean 3d to be inserted in other software to create presentations or videos, exporting the whole structure as .obj for example ... Exporting to a 3d file would be fantastic!
