Slow Bill is the combination of action and time manipulation. You are challenged to shoot all enemies, but this will be made easier by having the power to alter time. There's also a little kind of puzzle system in it. The game takes about 15 minutes to play and the controls are introduced by a semi-interactive tutorial through-out the game.
