Lost my bundle in the system

I bought a bundle for racial justice and equality on 16 june of last year. 
after I tried to access it I could not find it anywhere so I wrote to ask why is it not showing on my account. 

I was told that the system does not recognise the dots inside my email address so it’ s not assigned to my account.

This is the message I received

According to our records, your purchase was completed using the email address (my email with dots) your account was created using the email address (my email without dots).  Our system does not recognize these two email addresses as being the same, so in order to log in to your account or to request a password reset, please be sure you’re using the (my email with dots).

Thank you, let us know if you need future assistance.

After that I have created a new account with the same address that I made a purchase on verbatim and asked for my games to be assigned to that account.

That was in December. No one got back to me. I have send another email right after the new years eve. Nothing. 

Now I would like to get this thing sorted asap. If not I will ask my bank for the money from this transaction back the same way I ask for anything that would be stolen from my account. More then a month is enough for you to have this sorted. And it just shows how lazy and unprofessional you are. 

Considering I only made the purchase to give a bit for that important cause I can assure you it was the last time I gave you money. Sort this joke of a system of yours (that gets confused by punctuation) or give up and find another hobby.

In any case, you can recover a purchase by typing in the email address used for the purchase on this page: https://itch.io/docs/buying/already-bought

Dots being ignored is a feature of Gmail, and not something all email providers use, so we ask that you type the email address exactly as used and you will receive an email back with a link to access your purchase.

From that link you will be able to attach your purchase to an account assuming it has not already been attached to another account. It is not necessary for emails to match to attach a purchase to an account.

(I also want to add, if you have multiple variations of an email, or multiple email addresses, you can add more than one email to your account. Once you verify any additional email it will then automatically link any unattached purchases to that account. you can do that here: https://itch.io/user/settings/email-addresses )

This did not work. 
Still no answer to my question. 
The games are not in my library. 

ok. Cool. Lost interest in helping me? To annoying? How can it not work when it clearly work for everyone? Fine. Close this post then. Calling my bank for my money back.
