That said, try running it from the command line in case there are any error messages.
I re-downloaded it from this link, probably because of the VPN I was using. The page in the picture is the CAPTCHA page that popped up after I entered my account password and clicked login.
Strangely enough, when I log in on the web side, the captcha loads correctly, but not on the app. I did not change VPN nodes during this period.
I don't know why, but after repeated attempts, the captcha loaded successfully, thanks.
