Hello,
The 27th annual IFComp has just ended--I made 2 entries in it, and I was hoping to provide a link from a 3rd-party site to each postmortem.
This wouldn't seem to be a big deal, but I noticed that postmortems are given special priority in search engines or "most recent," etc., above ordinary devlogs.
I don't know how many postmortems are written per day, and of course I'd do my best to make them as robust as possible. I've already proofread them, etc., so they have a lot of insights.
So I don't want to be spamming, but on the other hand, I'd like (if possible) to use Itch.io to publish the postmortems as soon as possible. Thus, I wanted to check 1) if writing 2 postmortems and publishing them within the same day was okay and 2) if not, what is the recommended delay?
If I have to wait, that's not a big deal. I can create a forum post on the third-party site and then pull the text over after the required wait period. But I'd like to know what's possible/ethical and don't want to be That Guy potentially hogging the oxygen.
Thanks,
Andrew Schultz
