My game isn't indexed after Major Update (I read the docs)

I'm the creator of a NSFW game called Taste Of Life, and around a week ago I released a Major Update to the game, one that I got the notice will be under review. It's been a week and I haven't got any sort of notifications to tell me if my Major Update got reviewed or not, and from what I've read on different posts and on reddit, a review takes around 3 to 4 days? Can someone help me with this issue? Is my game/update still under review? Is it because of this that my game is not indexed?

Yes, your game is indexed, but there aren't any notifications when (or if) a major update is reviewed / approved / rejected. Not sure what to suggest.

Ahhh I apologize then, because when I was looking for my game while being logged in or logged out, I couldn't find it, thank you for confirming this for me.
