So I played this game for a couple hours (having no prior knowledge of what to expect) and I've done stuff like, unclogging a toilet, which released Swirly D, then getting sucked by the weird bat when I got back to the graveyard, and also maxing out my stats and killing Mrs. Slithers. I also explored a little, which led me to find giant statues, npcs who do nothing, npcs who resize your weapons, give you a glitchy barely working car or teach you how to hack the game with dev debug tools,  and future me's dead body, but the game's world is too expansive with no hints to what is out there,  any help or guide to what I could do next would be appreciated, thanks. Also, what does the skull in the map that appears near the shack mean? I've even gone down the basement but didn't find much besides a portal to the graveyard.

Go out into the fog and try to find a wawsp nest. They spawn randomly so you'll find one eventually.

Wait. Also pay attention to updates.

AND also kill enough enemies to find the Unique, awesome guns and swords and things you can get after you kill/do certain things.

For all the potential Juice Galaxy has for a multidimensional game experience, for now, Juice Galaxy is very much a combat-focused game. Seek out the bosses, thwack/shoot/back/suck/etc. them to death, use what you get to defeat the others.

The best I can offer is to look up boss speedruns; or if you want the spoiler-free route, talk to Mr. Fox and ask him for places you can go. Right now he stands out among the graveyard NPC's by telling you- indirectly- where you can find two of the hidden underground biomes which, in turn, will lead you to three of the boss enemies.
