I'm trying playing NTT whit my friend by Hamachi but we cant. Could you help us?

On Coop menu, you can disable Steam, which allows to connect by IP instead.

Doing "what is my ip" in most search engines is a good start. Note that you'll also need to investigate port forwarding though.

me and my friend is trying to play NTT but it is not working we tried ip and we did password and and port but we still cant join each other

See my above post (https://itch.io/post/899565) - if you get connection timeout, you either failed to port forward, or the game is not allowed in the firewall.

You can start with searching "port forward <name of your router>" and check via any of port testers (example) when you are hosting a game.

Using Hamachi or similar tools is another option, you can find plenty of instructions on that.
