No, bots don't get in the way of folks or other bots.  Folks don't move and so bots can't be in their way and other bots will just pass right through them.  Bots may walk in front of them briefly, but they are not in their way.

In the image below, we can see in front of the first of the four forward-facing huts, there is a cleaning bot with a black wig holding a broom that is passing through another bot wearing a fez that is collecting dirty soup pots to be taken to the wash tub  below and to the left of the beacon.
