Hello, I'm setting up my paypal a/c but its throwing off this error. I'm not sure the system is properly setup since I still have some donations in my account. 

You will have to contact PayPal support. It’s possible you have a restriction on your account because you have not fully provided information about your identity. Once you’ve identified the issue and fixed it you can click the “Refresh account status” button to see if PayPal reports that your account is ready to receive payments.
