I got a new pc laptop, but none of the downloaded games work and now I'm disappointed. It's windows 10. I did everything...extracted the zip files and clicked on the application (exe) but nothing shows up. It shows a loading icon, but then the icon disappears and the game nevers appears. I downloaded the itch app , but the game won't launch from there either..It just stops a few seconds after I click on launch. I even checked my anti virus and nothing showed up as being blocked. And I tried turning off my firewall but still nothing happened. What should I do?

Is this one specific game that isn’t working? Have you tried other games? Honestly, it sounds like something your security or antivirus software would do: block you from running an executable downloaded off the internet.
