Having issues with saving and loading

I can’t get an image to upload but it says to report the bug. The thing it says in yellow is

Error: failed to load: img/characters/Hero pale eyes blue hair silver wisdom walk . Png

I tried to make a new character and when i tried to save it did that and when I tried to load from menu it says the same thing .

Let me know if you need more info

Just want to check - are you using a new game or a saved game from a previous version? (by this I mean did you remove any old saved files when you made a new game or are they still there, and what version are you currently using?)

what i mean is i tried to load an old save file that message popped up I went "hey, this is an opportunity for a new character " and when I tried to save that the same message popped up

are you using a downloaded build (and what version if this is the case) or are you using the browser version?

Sorry for the delay - I've been trying to replicate this with the game but with no luck. Are you able to delete your browser cache? This might be the issue

Are you using Firefox or Chrome? Typically you would go to Options > Settings or Privacy and Settings, and then look for a button or similar that says Clear Data

the problem with that is it would clear all of my data across all websites on the entire internet
