Hi, first of all, I want to thank the great work of yancharkin on doing this version of the game, I recently discover this game and I'm very addicted to it. Thanks yancharkin and Derek Yu haha.

So, since this game has the option of translating it, I want to communicate that I'm doing a translation to Spanish.

It will take only a couple of days doing this on my free time (I hope), so stay tuned!

Edit: It's finished.

English:

There are things that need to be tested, and the are texts that need to be in context to translate them properly, but its fully playable as far as I know.

If someome who knows spanish plays this and notice any error in translation, please, give feedback!

Below next lines appear things to be improved:

Translate texts with context (I can't test all because i'm not very good in the game xD).

Improve design of images and charset.

Fit texts better / shorten texts.

And that's all. From now on I don't have any plan to visit the thread assiduously, so I'll visit it when I'll receive email notifications.

That's great!

It's finished, but I don't know where I have to upload it.

Edit: At the moment I've uploaded it at openload, here's the link.

I'm going to add your translation to the next build.
What information about yourself you'd like to add (nickname, real name, email)?

My nickname and my email

Then tell me your email

grheavy@hushmail.com, I thought I write it in the last message, but no xD

Developer

Thanks. Hopefully in a few day I'll upload new version with your translation and some improvements.

I updated the game. Among other things I added launcher which contain few strings that can be translated. I have translated them to Spanish with Google Translate, but it'll be nice if you check translation.

No problem. I'll take a look.

Done. There was a word that was not translated properly. I used Virtaal to open and edit the file so maybe it will have a bit of changes too.

Here is the version fixed: https://openload.co/f/bQCS1TlgYnA/launcher.es.mo

Thanks.
Archives updated.

It's been a while but I updated the game (unexpectedly for myself). The localization system improved a lot. Few new lines required translations. Also, it's much easier to see translated text in context: https://github.com/yancharkin/SpelunkyClassicHD/blob/master/localization/README
I decided to let you know. It'll be cool if you can translate new text (and maybe update the old one). Of course, if you can and want to do that.

Sorry for late response, I've been very bussy at work. Hm... I think I lost the files I used on the translation the first time, so I'll have to redo the entire translation again. But, if you have a copy, I'll try it in my free time.

The translation system works a bit differently now: file contains both source text and translated text, so it's much easier to work with. There are only a few new lines to translate from scratch, most of them (if not all) at the top of the file, translating them shouldn' t take much time.

If you are willing to invest more time, you can check the entire text for mistakes (I converted old translation to a new format semi-automatically, that's why mistakes possible).

To see translated text in the context you can use debug builds. How to do that described in the first paragraph here: https://github.com/yancharkin/SpelunkyClassicHD/blob/master/localization/README.md

Thanks in advance!
