Hey - check the Credits screen, it lists all the tracks and where to get them from, which is http://incompetech.com/. :D
This is the only question related to the soundtrack that i could find on the internet, so i will post this here in case that someone needs it.
A few songs (they are listed on the game's credits) are from incompetech (Kevin MacLeod), the link Majalis shared is for the old incompetech wesite, the new one is on https://incompetech.filmmusic.io/search/ (is a lot easier to search music on this one).
The rest of the songs are from A Complete Spiral (this guy made the soundtrack for Limbo btw), the songs for ToA are kinda hard to find here, because they are not listed on the credits, but they are here http://www.acompletespiral.com/music, contained in 3 albums called Cycles, each have 15 songs, so 45 in total. Some are used in the game, some are not, but like 90% of the songs are really great and could fit ToA in some scene.
