Hi, I am having issues with getting into the desktop app because as many times as I do the Captcha, It won't let me get into the app. It'll just tell me "Please correctly complete reCAPTCHA". Could someone help me with this problem?

If you log in on your browser on the same network connection then it will mark that IP as safe and you should avoid having to do recaptcha in the app.

Alternatively, if you add two factor authentication to your account then login will never ask for recaptcha.
