Launcher doesnt work :C

I want to download a game but i cant download it from the browser, everytime stops around the 200mb mark, so i downloaded the launcher and it keeps giving me this error, anyone can help?

P.S: i dont have any antivirus and already tried reinstalling several times

This error is likely due to security software on your computer interrupting the app’s ability to update. You may try temporarily disabling the software to see if it has any effect.

I tried deactivating the Firewall and allowing both itchio launcher and itchio.exe but it doesnt worked :s
