Problems with exVRience loading

I bought exVRience Golf Club game. I downloaded it using itch.io, but when I tried to install it I get, "Cannot read property "build" of undefined." Anyone know why this might be happening? Will you need additional issue to help or is this a known problem?

Yes, it would help to know if you mean using the app or the website, and if it's the app, then did you have similar problems with other games? Consider asking the game's creator as well, their comments are open.

I tried both the website and the app. Same issue. I was able to install other games.
