Releasing a full game from early access

Hello,

I'm almost ready to release my game as a full version and the game will stay as free but I wonder that should I create a new project for the game or just update the current project? The early access version went well so far. And there is much content, gameplay length added/updated for the full version so if I just update the current project as a major update will the project has a chance to be on the lists like releasing a new project?

Thank you

You can make your game show up at the top again by posting a devlog marked as Major Release. But if you think it's significantly different from previous versions, you can also make another game page for it.

Hi, I posted it as a major release yesterday. But it did not make any effect on the game's position and updated list and views. I, unfortunately, can't see the game anywhere after the update.
