[Unity] LFP to help develop an Ogre Battle style game

I want to build a small team of just a few people. Lead programmer is the most important. I can handle art if necessary and have a guy who can handle music if need be. Already on the team is a back up programmer to help and myself.  Will be a project that has an ambition leveled to the skill of the programmer and rest of the team.  The game will be in the Ogre Battle MotBQ or Ogre Battle 64 style, not the tactics style.  Any profits would be split based on hours put into the game with the lead programmer getting the bulk for doing the heaviest lifting. Prefer people that are passionate for Ogre Battle style games.

I love Ogre Battle 64. How did the project go?

No where. Technically still looking, but I don’t think any programmers are interested until they get paid upfront (which I understand). 

If it wasn't Unity I'd be happy to volunteer programming for getting something like this going.  I used to play a lot of Ogre Battle 64 and still pick it up on Project64 and a Nintendo 64-to-USB controller every few years!
