Until it is complete, you can use the joiplay emulator to play the windows version on your phone. Works with everything coded in renpy.
Addendum: Renpy doesn't seem to come with an android platform so I'm stll learning how to translate it to android. I apologise for my incompetence, I'll keep trying.

Git's u don't need an Android version. Just use JoiPlay. U can play all Renpy games on Android with that. No matter linux or windows version
