When i logged on to Itch.io it sayed that it had breached 25 passwords. is this a glitch? Or is this a threat?

I think its pretty funny to think of a scenario like this...
itch.io: "I have breached 25 passwords >:D"
me: "noooooooo D:"

Please copy-paste the exact error message. Maybe get a screenshot, too, so we can see the context. Thanks.
